Social Tablet Redesign (Chat System) Part 1

The Social Tablet is in need of a redesign on user interaction.
I've decided to come up with a concept idea of a chat system for those who:
- Cannot Speak
- Input issues
- Using Sign Language
- Also gives those who have dyslexia a chance to focus on text as well.
There will be more posts to check out of the new concepts as well. part 2 & 3 for Regular user view of the tablet apart from an administrator's tablet view. (Redesign concept coming out soon)

ASL could work by representing simple sentences by showing short animated clips of the "Glyph man" performing ASL above the player's head, either by speech interpretation or text input. (E.g: "Harvest wood; bridge" would imply the need to harvest wood to build a bridge.) However, in the event that a deaf person does interact with someone, wouldn't it be easier to just use speech to text/chat feature? They can still read, just not hear.

Hazy: Ohhh... uses as in applications, not functions... apologies. English is stupid and uses one word for two definitions.

We need this, my friend is deaf and with this feature implemented it would make his gaming experience far more enjoyable. ASL can only get me so far with the limitations of the Quest finger mechanics. If I may add to this awesome concept Hazy; (if this were to become a feature), a "proxy setting" and "friend only" for incoming messages. Much like audio settings, being able to other players, to ensure an off button for spamming.

It'd be nice if the Social Tablet bubble in the wheel lit up yellow or something when there are new messages.

I feel like everyone and their mother has requested a chat system of some form (including me) but this is probably the best one I have seen so I hope this is accepted
